This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit parallellabs.co and related subdomains (the “Site”), and when you use our products and services—including facial analysis, AI morph visualizations, and our educational Glow-Up Protocol (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies to personal information we process as a controller (e.g., your account, facial images you upload, analytics data). It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from our Site.

Age limit. The Services are for individuals 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

  1. Provide and operate the Services (account creation, log-in, face analysis, morph generation, Glow-Up Protocol delivery, cloud processing, troubleshooting).

  2. Process transactions and send receipts, confirmations, and subscription notices.

  3. Communicate with you (service announcements, security alerts, support).

  4. Personalize features and recommendations (e.g., saving preferences, recent projects).

  5. Maintain safety, security, and integrity (fraud prevention, abuse monitoring, debugging).

  6. Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

  7. Research & product improvement. We may use aggregated and/or de-identified data to improve algorithms, quality, and user experience.

    • We do not use your identifiable images in public marketing without your separate consent.

    • We do not sell biometric identifiers.

By uploading your images and affirmatively proceeding, you provide such consent for the stated purposes.

We do not sell biometric identifiers or information. We disclose them only to service providers assisting us in providing the Services (e.g., secure processing/inference), or as required by law.

We retain biometric identifiers/information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the specific purpose for which they were collected, and in no event longer than three (3) years after your last interaction with the Services, whichever occurs first, unless a longer period is legally required or permitted.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect biometric data against unauthorized disclosure or acquisition (see Section 8).

We use sensitive data (e.g., biometrics) only to provide the Services, ensure security/integrity, and comply with law—not for advertising. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by CPRA, nor “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA/UK Supervisory Authority. If GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

We are based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and possibly other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
